REVISION OF FSU5/IM-105, FCAS, AND FFSDY550-01 TO REFLECT BACKUP WORKER
 
DISCUSSION:
FSU5/IM-105 is changed to now print the five digit worker number of the backup worker following a slash in the worker number field on the turnaround IM-105.  Both the worker number assigned to the caseload and the backup worker number will appear in field 40.

EXAMPLE:  77777/88888

The backup worker number is also added to FCAS and report number FFSDY550-01.  The backup worker number appears on the line with the case information on report number FFSDY550-01.
