DISCUSSION:
This memorandum updates sections 1110.000.00 and 1110.020.40  to reflect current policy regarding deferred compensation/deferred income plans.  Policy has not changed, however due to an oversight, this section was not revised previously. 
Deferred compensation/deferred income plans are exempt from the resource determination.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Discuss this with all appropriate staff.

  • Replace the hard copy page of the Food Stamp Manual with the revised page.
