REVISIONS TO THE CASE MANAGEMENT DESK REFERENCE GUIDE
 
DISCUSSION:
Attached are revisions to the Case Management Desk Reference Guide that was distributed per memorandum IM-16 dated January 24, 2000.

Changes are noted on each page by a vertical black line in the left margin.  Examples of screens in the JOBS system have been attached reflecting changes made on the screens in the system.

The following desk references have been added to the guide:

1.   ADD A PARENT to the back side of Two Parent Households-Flow Chart #3,
2.   TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE CASELOAD LISTING, and
3.   CASE MANAGEMENT CODE SHEET (Revised 07-00)
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Replace attached revised pages in the Case Management Desk Reference Guide.

    •  
  • Add Temporary Assistance Caseload Listing and Case Management Code Sheet to the end of the desk reference.
