|Due to a county staff member's suggestion
to the Vision Team at F051PAY, the "NOTIFICATION OF SAVED FOOD STAMP BENEFITS,"
IM-69, is developed.
A computer-generated version of this notice is being sent to individuals who are currently coded in EBTU as saving food stamp benefits. Participants receiving this notice will no longer receive the "NOTIFICATION OF UNUSED FOOD STAMP BENEFITS" or the "NOTIFICATION OF SUSPENDED FOOD STAMP BENEFITS."
The computer-generated "NOTIFICATION OF SAVED FOOD STAMP BENEFITS" is being sent one time only. After the computer-generated notices are sent, the county office will be responsible for completing the form, IM-69, and issuing this notice to participants.
When a food stamp participant requests to save food stamp benefits, staff must take the following action.
The computer generated notice, the IM-69, and form instructions are attached to this memorandum. An initial supply of the IM-69 form is being sent to county offices. Request additional forms as necessary through normal procedures.
