Effective immediately, staff may retake
EBT photos for the Benefit Security Cards ONLY for the following
reasons.

QuikWorks system error the photo
is not updated correctly and does not appear in EBTU;

Photo is bad/unclear on the Benefit Security
Card;

The wrong person's photo appears on the Benefit
Security Card; or

The photo is deleted from the QuikWorks system
due to the e.Funds (formerly Deluxe) photo deletion process.
Do not retake photos if there is nothing physically
wrong with the photo. Retaking photos that are not needed causes
problems with the photo process and card issuance process. Following
these guidelines will assist us in serving our participants in a more timely
and efficient manner.
When photos are taken, ensure the white
background is used. The color background can affect the quality and
clarity of the photo. |
