SUBJECT:
INTER-COUNTY TRANSFER (IM-42) AND INSTRUCTIONS
   FORMS MANUAL REVISION #35
 
DISCUSSION:
The revised Inter-County Transfer (IM-42) removes the AFDC reference and replaces it with Temporary Assistance.  Other revisions include adding Child Care, MC+/MAF/MPW, QMB, SLMB, and Temporary Assistance Case Management; removing AFDC-FC, POB, and Purchase of Direct Services; and rearranging the list of the programs.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all staff.
  • Remove form IM-42 dated 5/88 and instructions dated 7/78 from the Forms Manual.
  • File revised form and instructions in the Forms Manual.

  • Use current supply of form IM-42 until depletion.
