TELEPHONE INQUIRIES

When telephoning for salary verification use only option two
(2)-employment and salary verification, and/or option five (5)-to receive a copy of the Company Code List.  Do NOT choose option one (1) to verify by Social Security Number as the state has not purchased this service.

Salary verification will be faxed to the authorized fax number between 2 to 24 hours.  Do NOT request salary verification a second time as the state is charged for each inquiry.

When verification is NOT received within the 24-hour time frame, please call Central Office at 573-522-2315 with the reference number for the verification.  Central Office will contact the TALX Corporation and salary verification will be refaxed at no additional charge.
