PRODUCTION OF THE IM-105
 
DISCUSSION:
Because the IM-105 information is viewable on-line and in preparation for FAMIS, we are eliminating the need to complete an IM-105 prior to entering the data in FSU5.  Until programming changes are made to stop production of the turnaround forms through S020, counties may stop the daily printing of the IM-105 turnaround forms.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Stop daily printing of the IM-105 turnaround forms.
