DISCUSSION:
The CARS-3 letters are revised to change "Federal tax refund" to "Treasury Offset Program."  Only the first page of each type of letter is revised.  There are no changes to the Repayment Agreement page or the Hearings page.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  •  File the revised CARS-3 letter in the Forms Manual.
