DISCUSSION: |
Report No. ESDDY041-01 "Undelivered Cards
Report" is changed. The revised report is now titled "Undelivered/Bad
Address Card Report" and now includes all Benefit Security® Cards that
are canceled using code "BA" (Bad Address). The new cancellation
code "BA" was introduced in Memorandum IM-#162, dated 11/14/2000.
When county staff receive this report, they must review the information in the Administrative Terminal (MOP) and the case record, then contact the household to verify the correct address. Staff must then take the following action.
