IM-31  02/10/00  ADDRESS CHANGES REPORTED TO FIRST HEALTH

ADDRESS CHANGES REPORTED TO FIRST HEALTH
 
DISCUSSION:
First Health, our managed care enrollment contractor, issues Report No. RD-0-17 (MC+ Recipient Address Changes) listing recipients that have reported a new address.  Effective February 14, 2000 First Health will fax these reports to the appropriate MC+ Phone Center.  Phone center staff will enter the address change in IMU5 and send the listing to the appropriate worker for any further action.  A sample copy of the report is attached.

NOTE:  Out of state addresses will not be entered.

This report was previously sent to Division of Medical Services (DMS) Managed Care Operations to enter the address change as indicated in Memorandum IM-22 issued March 19, 1999.  County staff should follow the same procedures addressed in IM-22 upon receiving the listing from the MC+ Phone Center.
