SUBJECT:
FORM IM-103, ELECTRONIC BENEFIT TRANSFER AVAILABILITY DATES FOR FOOD STAMPS ON THE REGULAR PAYROLL FORMS MANUAL REVISION #13:  FORM IM-103 AND INSTRUCTIONS
 
DISCUSSION:
The form IM-103, Electronic Benefit Transfer Availability Dates for Food Stamps on the Regular Payroll, is revised to remove   information no longer necessary due to statewide implementation of Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT).

The IM-103 (no revision date) and the IM-103, Mail Schedule for ATP Cards and Food Stamp Benefits on the Regular Payroll (09/97), and instructions are both  obsolete and should be destroyed/recycled.

A copy of the revised IM-103 (03/00) and instructions are attached.  This form can be ordered from the warehouse using normal ordering procedures.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.

  • Destroy/recycle IM-103 (with no revision date) and instructions.

    •  
  • Destroy/recycle IM-103, Food Stamp Mail Schedule for ATP Cards and Food Stamps on the Regular Payroll (09/97) and instructions.

    •  
  • File the revised form IM-103 (03/00) and instructions in the IM Forms Manual.

    •  
  • Order the revised IM-103 (03/00) from the warehouse using normal ordering procedures.
