CARS-3 LETTERS REVISIONS
   FORMS MANUAL REVISION #15
 
DISCUSSION:
The CARS-3 series of letters are revised.  These letters are system-generated and mailed to participants regarding food stamp claims in the system.  The letters are revised to reflect current EBT language.  Two sentences are also added to notify participants that claims may be subject to federal tax refund intercept.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
