IM-#13  01/24/01  FORMS MANUAL REVISION #6, IM-4 FS-STAMP OUT HUNGER UPDATE

FORMS MANUAL REVISION # 6 , IM-4 FOOD STAMPS-STAMP OUT HUNGER UPDATE 
 
DISCUSSION:
Effective October 1, 2000, the gross monthly income maximum for food stamp households increased.  As a result, information contained in the IM-4 Food Stamps-Stamp Out Hunger pamphlet is revised to reflect this change.

A copy of the revised IM-4 FS is attached.  The pamphlet is being reprinted.  An initial supply will be sent to each county when the printing is completed.  Request additional supplies of the IM-4 FS through normal channels.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff
  •  File the revised IM-4 FS in the Forms Manual.
