DISCUSSION:
The special initiative case reading listing (SICR) has been discontinued effective July 1, 2001.  Food Stamp case reading should follow guidelines established in memorandum IM-91, dated May 10, 2001.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
  • Use current food stamp case reading guidelines.
