EARLY HEAD START REFERRAL REPORT
 
DISCUSSION:
Report No. FIM31908-01 "Head Start Referrals" has been sent out to each county office.  This report lists children in your county ages 0-5 who could be referred to Head Start or Early Head Start for possible enrollment.

When this list arrives in your county office it should be sent to your local Head Start Agency so they may start contacting these possible referrals.  If you have any questions or did not receive your report please contact Child Care Program and Policy unit at (573) 522-2318.
 
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Send report No. FIM31908-01 to your local Head Start agency.
