CHANGES TO FLOD SCREEN
 
DISCUSSION:
Due to suggestions by county staff, changes are made to the FLOD screen.  Effective immediately, when a food stamp case is transferred from one caseload to another, the worker number and supervisor number may also be changed in the FLOD screen.  This allows county staff to change all information regarding the caseload without entering the information in FSU5 also.

This change is made to assist staff in ensuring the correct worker number and supervisor number are associated with a food stamp case.  This will allow food stamp cases that are automatically converted to FAMIS to be converted to the appropriate caseworker.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  •  Begin entering the correct worker and supervisor number in FLOD when changing the caseload number.
