MONTHLY REPORT OF MC+ OUTREACH ACTIVITIES
 
DISCUSSION:
County offices in past year have done amazing work presenting information to the community on MC+ programs.  Our enrollment of children and parents in MC+ has grown significantly due to the outreach efforts of county offices.  To better track these efforts we are asking county offices to send a list of their MC+ outreach activities on a monthly basis starting January 2001.  The listing should be sent to Fritz Schwartz, MC+ Outreach Assistant Coordinator, at 
e-mail (SWARTZF) or fax number: (573)-751-3677 by the tenth of the month.  The list should contain the following:
  • Date of MC+ Outreach activity,
  • What organization or group function the MC+ Outreach was present at, and 
  • The County Office and staff that attended it.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • Start reporting MC+ Outreach Activities in January, 2001.
