| LAMBUS VS. WALSH STATISTICAL REPORT FOR SEPTEMBER 16, 2000 THROUGH NOVEMBER 15, 2000 |
| DISCUSSION: |
| During the above reporting period, the
Division of Family Services obtained a "perfect score"! No Food Stamp
cases were found to have exceeded any of the categories that we are required
to report to the Division of Legal Services and the Court.
All staff involved with the Food Stamp Program are to be congratulated for the hard work and efforts put forth in accomplishing this task. Staff should continue striving to meet all timeframes involved with the Lambus vs. Walsh lawsuit and the Administrative Hearings process. It is our goal to satisfy the expectations of the court and to gain release from this long-standing lawsuit. Again, congratulations and thank you for the outstanding work for the September through November 2000 reporting period. |
