WAGE SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT

DISCUSSION:
Attached is the revised Wage Supplement Agreement (IM-324) that replaces form IM-24. A change has also been made to number three under "The Employer Agrees" to address the full time position requirements and to clarify displacement of existing employees.

NECESSARY ACTION:
Review this memorandum with appropriate Income Maintenance staff. Begin using new IM-324 dated 11/00 as soon as it is received in your office. Destroy the IM-24 forms at that time. Remove form IM-24, dated 9/98 from the Forms Manual and replace it with the IM-324 dated 11/00. DB Distribution #2 Attachment not available online
