DISCUSSION:
The above referenced pages of the IM-5/IMU5 instructions pertaining to Transitional Medical Assistance have been revised to reflect the delinking of Temporary Assistance and Medical Assistance for Families as a result of the Personal Responsibility Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA).
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
  • File the revised pages of the IM-5/IMU5 instructions in the Forms Manual
