| Effective 5/1/2001, child support claim information is no longer captured or displayed in CARS. The fields "IV-D TYPE ASSISTANCE" and "IV-D PARENT IND" are removed from the OVCA, OVCC, and OVCI screens. Program type 15 is no longer allowed as an entry in CARS. Inquiries about child support recovery payments should be referred to (877) 259-2984. |
