MEDICAID STATE PLAN AMENDMENT PUBLIC NOTICE
 
DISCUSSION:
Attached to this memorandum is a public notice of a Medicaid State Plan Amendment.  County DFS offices need to copy this public notice and display it in their lobby area or a conspicuous place where it may be viewed by the public.

The notice must be displayed in county offices for two weeks beginning May 24, 2001.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Copy and display the public notice for two weeks beginning May 24, 2001.
  • Provide copies of the Public Notice to interested parties on Request.
