FY-2003 LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) MANUAL REVISIONS
 
DISCUSSION:
Attached to this memorandum are the FY-2003 LIHEAP Policy and Procedures Manual revisions.

Revised policy material for FY-2003 can be identified by a bold black line in the left-hand margin in addition to a revision date of August, 2002 at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
 
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Replace the outdated LIHEAP manual pages with the new LIHEAP manual revisions. 

    •  
  • Review this material with all staff members who are assigned direct responsibility for the acceptance and processing of Energy Assistance applications, as well as any staff responsible for supervision of these staff members. 

    •  
  • Any further questions related to Energy Assistance should be cleared through normal supervisory channels.
