DISCUSSION:
Appendix A - Procedures for EBTU is added to the online EBT Manual in the General Information section.  Appendix A describes:
  • the fields on EBTU, 
  • what information is entered into those fields, and
  • how to delete or replace alternate payees.
A hard copy of the EBT manual is not being sent to county office staff.  A new contract for EBT services is effective February 1, 2003, and the EBT manual will be revised at that time to reflect
contract changes.  A hard copy of the EBT manual will be printed and distributed to county offices upon revision.
NECESSARY ACTION:
  • Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
