| Effective immediately, the following changes
are made to the food stamp claims policy and procedures:
OVNI - NOTE INQUIRY LIST screen The OVNI - NOTE INQUIRY LIST screen displays a list of notes entered. Typing OVNI space DCN will now display all notes tied to that DCN whether entered by DCN or Discovery ID. To view a note type "S" in front of the note and press the F9 key. The OVND-NOTE DETAIL INQUIRY screen will display for that specific note. If a note was added using the Discovery ID, that number will now display. OVCC-CLAIM CHANGE screen. Changes have been made to the OVCC screen to track actions taken on claims. The WIU ACTION DATE is displayed MM YYYY. The LEGAL ACTION DATE is displayed MM DD YYYY. OVID-Discovery Inquiry Screen A PFKey is added to the OVID-DISCOVERY INQUIRY screen to link to the OVDD-DISCOVERY CLAIM DETAIL screen. The OVDD screen displays detail of the specific discovery claim referral selected. All discovery claim referrals for a DCN can be viewed on OVID-DISCOVERY INQUIRY screen. To view a referral, type "S" in front of the discovery and press PF9. |
