- FAMIS ASSIGNMENTS/REFERRAL SCREEN CHANGES
DISCUSSION:
Effective September 29, 2008, the Assignments/Referral screen is split into separate screens for Temporary Assistance (TA) and MO HealthNet for Families (MHF)/MO HealthNet for Kids (MHK). This is done in order to prevent some FAMIS system issues. Policy is not changed.
The Assignments/Referral screen (ASSIGN or FM86) is used only for TA. The MA Assignments/Referral (ASSIGNMA or FMJ0) screen is used only for MHF or MHK. Both screens appear in the controlled flow for a combination TA/Family Healthcare Program application. The Question Description is identical for each screen.
The Missouri FAMIS Technical Information Menu (TECHMNU or FMMH) is also changed. The MA Assignments/Referral screen is inserted as number 22, and all subsequent screens listed on Technical Information Menu (TECHMNU or FMMH) Screen are renumbered accordingly.
