MEMORANDUM

DISCUSSION:

Effective October 7, 2008 the CARS DEMAND LETTERS have been added to MOBIUS. The report lists CARS-3 Demand Letters by date. The date of a CARS-3 is the date the claim was established. Currently CARS-3 Demand Letters are produced for Food Stamp claims only.

To access reports in MOBIUS do the following:

• From the Family Support Division page of the intranet, click on the Sitemap tab.
• Click on MOBIUS DocumentDirect.
• Click on the ( ) "start" icon
• Click on ( ) DSS Secured.
• Enter the User ID and Password used to access sessions.
• Click on the green plus sign ( )in front of Report.
• Click on the blue plus sign ( ) in front of the report number FCLD300201.
• Click on the yellow plus sign ( ) in front of the date of your letter.
• Click on the blue paper sign ( ), the demand letters for that date appear in the window on the right.
• Click on the "find" icon ( ) or enter "ctrl f", a window appears with a space titled "Find What", type in the last name of the individual, click on the "find" ( ) icon in the window or press enter.
• The demand letter for the name you enter will appear in the window on the right.
• Click on the "print pages" icon (), a window will appear. "From" is already selected showing pages 1 to 4. In the lower right hand corner of the window it shows the page number of the first page of your demand letter. Replace the number 1 with the first page number of your demand letter. Add 3 to that number and replace the 4 with that number. The only time the 1 to 4 would not change is if the demand letter you need is the first one on the report. Click on the print (). The demand letter showing in the window will print.
