- FAMIS INQUIRY ACCESS STATEWIDE
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 20, 2009, all Eligibility Specialists have statewide inquiry access to cases in FAMIS. To protect confidentiality all county offices have the option of having confidential caseloads. The confidential caseloads are restricted and can only be accessed by Eligibility Specialists and managers assigned to the load. To have a confidential caseload established managers should contact Gregory Hunt at Gregory.S.Hunt@dss.mo.gov.
NOTE: All Eligibility Specialists are able to see the FAMIS Program Participation (FAMISPAR/FM0D) and the Supercase Member Clearance (SCMBR/FM0E) screens of cases in protected loads. All other screens are blocked from view and a message is displayed that says, "Not Authorized for this Eligibility Unit."
