- ENHANCEMENTS TO FAMIS DOCUMENT SCREENS
DISCUSSION:
As a result of a suggestion submitted through the MoRE state employee suggestion program and additional suggestions by FAMIS staff, enhancements have been made to the Document Queue (FMVM) and Document History (FMVR) screens.
Multiple Select
Both of these screens previously required one row at a time to be selected for any action. Staff may now select multiple rows for viewing or printing on these screens. Document History also now allows multiple selections for recalling archived documents.
Ignoring Asterisks
When viewing a document from Document Queue or Document History then returning to the parent screen, or printing a document, the parent screen shows an asterisk (*) next to the rows that were selected for viewing or printing. It is no longer necessary for staff to clear the asterisks before selecting different rows to view or print.
