DISCUSSION:
The instructions for the Customer Service Feedback spreadsheet are now posted on the Intranet. Memorandum IM-#-32, dated April 15, 2008, introduced the Customer Service Feedback spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is to be completed quarterly and sent to the Food Stamp Program and Policy Unit.
NOTE: Email Memorandum #03 , dated January 5, 2009, changed the Food Stamp Program and Policy email address to ColeFSPolicy@dss.mo.gov .
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
