DISCUSSION:
The WORD electronic version of the IM-112 Action Taken on Your Food Stamp Case has been updated to include statements to use when:
- a claim for Food Stamp overpayment of benefits has been terminated because it was established in error, and
- a claim for Food Stamp overpayment of benefits has been compromised and to notify the debtor that any federal intercepts prior to the compromise will not be returned.
The WORD version of the IM-112 Action Taken on Your Food Stamp Case form and instructions are available on the Intranet. This form is no longer available from the warehouse. Current copies of the IM-112 may be used to depletion, however the 05/09 version must be used for notices regarding a claim for Food Stamp overpayment of benefits.
