- ADULT PROGRAMS MOVE TO FAMIS
DISCUSSION:
Programming is currently being done to implement the adult programs into FAMIS. The new FAMIS model is called Adult MO HealthNet (ADM).The following programs/processes will be integrated into Adult MO HealthNet (ADM) in FAMIS during this phase of development:
- Division of Assets
- Home Community Based Services (HCB) / PACE
- Medical Review Team (MRT) screens
- Missouri Children with Developmental Disabilities (MOCDD)
- MO HealthNet for Disabled Children (MHDC)
- Qualified Medicare Beneficiaries (QMB) / Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiaries (SLMB 1/SLMB 2)
- Section 1619 A and B Cases
- Spenddown / Non-Spenddown
- Supplemental Aid to the Blind (SAB) / Blind Pension (BP)
- Supplemental Nursing Care (SNC)
- Ticket to Work Health Assurance (TWHA)
- Transfer of Assets
- Vendor and Allotments
In October 2009, these programs, with the exception of Supplemental Aid to the Blind and Blind Pension, will be migrated to FAPC for use in the first pilot counties. Supplemental Aid to the Blind and Blind Pension will be migrated during the second or third pilot phase. The first pilot includes Texas and Wright counties. The second phase of the pilot will begin by adding Benton, Pettis, and Saline Counties, and the third phase will add Jefferson County.
Breast or Cervical Cancer Treatment MO HealthNet Program (BCCT), December 1973 Conversion Cases, MO HealthNet for Children in Care (MHCC), Presumptive Eligibility, Temporary MO HealthNet During Pregnancy (TEMP), and Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance will not be integrated into FAMIS until a later phase of development.
