DISCUSSION:
The Family Support Division Income Maintenance Training Unit, in conjunction with the Income Maintenance Program and Policy Unit, is pleased to announce a new online training course, “FSD and National Voter Registration Act Training”. This new course is being implemented under terms of the ACORN v. Levy settlement agreement that was reached on June 24, 2009. This training is required for the following Income Maintenance personnel: Office Support, Eligibility Specialists, Supervisors, and Managers.
This new online training package is accessed through the ELC (Employee Learning Center). To register for this online training, search for the course using the title “FSD AND NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION ACT TRAINING” or by the course code “FS000079”. You will receive one hour of training credit upon completion of this online course. This course must be completed by the end of the day on Friday, October 30, 2009.
This training is required to be completed once every two years by all existing personnel and all new staff will be required to complete it within one month of their start date.
