MEMORANDUM

DISCUSSION:

The Family Support Division IM Training Unit, in conjunction with the FAMIS Unit and ITSD, has made revisions to the Adult MO HealthNet FAMIS Training Plan and the new rollout map.  This change was necessary in order to reduce training costs associated with the MO HealthNet for Adults phase of FAMIS Implementation. 

In addition to utilizing existing training rooms, we have incorporated into the training plan a “Traveling Training Room” (TTR).  The traveling training room, consisting of up to 20 laptop computers, will be utilized in select county offices to reduce travel and lodging costs associated with this training initiative.  

Because of the logistics of utilizing the traveling training room, the original rollout schedule has been significantly changed.  Other than the pilot counties, who have already received their training, the rollout and training dates for almost every other county has changed.

The Employee Learning Center is being updated with the revisions to the training schedule.

Attached to this memorandum is a copy of the revised rollout map and a copy of the revised training schedule.
