- NEW RESOURCE CODE IN FAMIS FOR VENDOR PATIENT ACCOUNT
DISCUSSION:
This memorandum introduces a new resource code "NA-PATIENT ACCOUNT FOR MHABD VENDOR" in FAMIS. This is to identify a patient account for an individual residing in a vendor facility.
Effective March 1, 2010, enter the patient account as class code LR (Liquid Resource) and type NA (Patient Account for MHABD Vendor) on the Liquid Resource (FMW0) screen. The “Contributes to Account Y/N” entry determines if this resource is included or excluded as follows:
