- MILEAGE RATE DECREASE
DISCUSSION:
Effective April 1, 2010, the new state mileage rate decreases to 42 cents per mile. FAMIS will use this rate when calculating the participant mileage expenses for the Food Stamp Program and all IM programs, as applicable, beginning with April 2010 budgets.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
- Begin using the new mileage rate April 1, 2010.
- Follow simplified reporting policy when making adjustments.
