Effective immediately, the Visual Disability Examination Report (IM-68) and other medical records for Blind Pension and Supplemental Aid to the Blind eligibility determinations that require a review by an ophthalmologist must be sent to Dr. Roy Wayne Shelton with the Springfield Medical Review Team (MRT) group.
