DISCUSSION:
Effective immediately, the Family Support Division (FSD) has two state contracted ophthalmologists who review Supplemental Aid to the Blind (SAB) and Blind Pension (BP) medical records to determine SAB/BP visual eligibility.
Only the St. Louis Region should send their SAB/BP medical records to Dr. Bobrow. All other county offices should continue to use Dr. Shelton out of Springfield.
