DISCUSSION:
The procedures for submitting information to the Medical Review Team (MRT) are updated. When submitting information on new applications and cases previously reviewed by MRT, only medical records from the past twelve months are required.
The Income Maintenance policy manual sections: 1060.005.10 and 1060.005.15 are updated to reflect the change.NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
