- SUBJECT:
- CHANGES TO THE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE CASELOAD LISTING REPORT
DISCUSSION:
Effective May 1, 2011, a new feature is added to the Temporary Assistance Caseload Listing Report that is available in Managed Reporting. Family Support Division (FSD) staff with access to the TA Caseload Listing report will now be able to run the report by month and county.
ACCESSING THE TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE CASELOAD LISTING REPORT
To access TA Caseload Listing Report:
- Sign on to Managed Reporting,
- Double click on the appropriate FAMIS Domain, on the left side of the screen,
- Expand TA Caseload on the right hand side and double click the blue icon next to TA Caseload or TA Caseload by County,
- If TA Caseload is selected:
- Select report month,
- Select report year, and
- Click View Report button.
- If TA Caseload Excel Listing is selected:
- Enter month and year (mmyyyy) for the report month and year,
- Click View Report button.
NOTE: The count(ies) displayed are based on the Domain selected and the security/county(ies) associated to each individual User ID that is accessing the report.
After the View Report button is selected for the TA Caseload Excel Listing report, an excel spreadsheet is created with all of the TA cases for that county. When the excel spreadsheet displays more than one county, each county has its own tab. NOTE: The TA Caseload Excel Listing does not have summary information for the county. It is just a list of all the TA cases for that county.
The Hours in Activity field has also been updated to include work participation hours reported for the report month by the Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) program at the time the TA Caseload Listing report was loaded into Managed Reporting. Excused absences and holiday hours reported by the MWA program are included in the Hours in Activity field.
Due to the way some data is reported out of Toolbox 2.0, some work activities are reported with anticipated hours, instead of actual hours worked. If this occurs, the Family Support Division (FSD) Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) coordinator should discuss the activity with the MWA contract provider to ensure the activity should remain open.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
