GRANT PAYROLL REPORT

DISCUSSION:

An idea was submitted to the FSD ideas initiative suggesting the monthly Payroll Reports be sent via email to each Income Maintenance county office email, instead of printing and mailing a paper report. Information on the report hasn’t changed.

Beginning July 11, 2011, the daily and monthly IM grant reports will be combined into one report and sent in a PDF format to the county office email. These include the Temporary Assistance Payroll For the Current Month report and the Medical Assistance Payroll For the Current Month report. The Subject Line on the email will display FAMDY714.

NOTE: A paper report will be received through July 15, 2011 to ensure the distribution via email is working properly. Beginning July 18, 2011 only the PDF version will be received via email.

If anyone wishes to view this report, a copy can be printed locally as needed.
