DISCUSSION:
The Temporary Assistance/Case Management manual sections 0205.060.00 through 0205.060.30.05 regarding good cause for refusal to cooperate with Family Support Division - Child Support (CS) have been updated.
Information updated includes:
- Changing Division of Child Support Enforcement to Family Support Division-Child Support (FSD-CS);
- Clarification on communication transmittals between Income Maintenance eligibility specialists and FSD-CS child support specialists; and
- Procedures to assist with FAMIS entries should good cause be determined.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
