IM-16 COMMUNICATION TRANSMITTAL

DISCUSSION:

The IM-16 Communication Transmittal has been revised.  The purpose of the revision is to communicate information between Income Maintenance (IM), Missouri Work Assistance (MWA), Child Support (CS), and Children’s Division (CD) staff.  IM, MWA, CS and CD staff should use the IM-16 to communicate information for applicable cases.  A copy of the IM-16 should be placed in the appropriate case record upon receipt.
