DISCUSSION:
Effective immediately, FSD-IM staff must begin using the expanded payment history web page to verify child support payments and disbursements. Do not access CDLST in the Missouri Automated Child Support System (MACSS).
Effective August 19, 2011, to comply with an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) audit finding FSD-IM will no longer have access to the CDLST screen in MACSS.
Memorandum CSE-#29 dated June 23, 2011 provides detailed information regarding the expanded payment history web page.
To access the web page, type https://dssapp.dss.mo.gov/payments in the browser, or:
- Go to Family Support Division (FSD) Intranet site,
- Select Child Support,
- Select Resource links on left side of screen,
- Select DSS/CSE Internet (this appears in a drop down from the Resource link),https://dss.mo.gov/cse/
- Click on ‘Learn more and login’ at the bottom of the Payment Information box, and
- Enter Case ID (this is the MACSS case ID), Last four of SSN, and date
of birth, then click ‘Submit’. To obtain The MACSS case ID:
- Go to Family Support Division (FSD) Intranet site,
- Select Training and Development (located on left side of screen),
- Select Income Maintenance (under Training Units in left corner),
- Select Guide to MACSS Screens (located on left side of screen),
- Click on Finding a person’s case number (MCASI). This can be found under Table of Contents. This link takes you through the process of finding the MACSS case number step by step.
Should the information on the new web page not match the information the client provided, you may contact the Child Support Specialist.
If a custodial parent is the applicant/recipient of Income Maintenance (IM) programs, IM staff needs to review the disbursement information provided on the website. If the applicant/recipient is paying child support, IM staff needs to review the collections information provided.
FSD staff should direct their questions/comments to their immediate supervisors.
