- ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS TRAINING CURRICULUM; SECOND ONLINE COURSE -- INITIATING AND PREPARING FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
DISCUSSION:
The Administrative Hearings Training curriculum was announced in Memorandum IM-79 dated 12/30/2010.
The second online course in the Administrative Hearings Training curriculum, Initiating and Preparing for the Administrative Hearing, is now available in the Employee Learning Center. The course code is FS000145. The course takes approximately three hours to complete.
The procedural changes pertaining to initiating and preparing for an administrative hearing announced in Memorandum IM-#65 are reviewed in this online course.
This online course must be completed by all eligibility specialists, eligibility supervisors, and program and county managers by 12/31/11. The course contains a final assessment on which the trainee must receive a score of 70% or higher in order to pass. The Employee Learning Center will track compliance with this requirement and will notify supervisors and managers of any individuals who have not successfully completed the training.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
- Ensure that staff members, who are required to do so, successfully complete the course by 12/31/11.
