REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS UNITS CHANGE IN ASSIGNMENTS

DISCUSSION:

The purpose of this memorandum is to introduce changes in the counties served by the Regional Administrative Hearings units. The change in Regional Administrative Hearings unit assignments is effective January 2, 2013. FSD staff must refer to the attached list to determine which Regional Administrative Hearings unit serves the participant’s county of residence and scan hearings documents to the appropriate Regional Administrative Hearings unit.
