DISCUSSION:
The Temporary Assistance/Case Management sections noted above have been updated to:
- Delete language referring to enrollment and replace language referring to service with MWA activities;
- Remove references to Immediate Engagement;
- Clarify time frames for entering into conciliation and imposing sanctions;
- Provide additional information about when an IEP should be updated; and
- Delete references to obsolete User Guides.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with appropriate staff.
