DISCUSSION:
The following Family Assistance Management Information System (FAMIS) User Guides have been revised and are now available on the Intranet:
- ADD A CATEGORY FOR MHABD
- ADDING MOCDD COVERAGE
- ALLOTMENT INFORMATION SCREEN
- FACILITY AND PLACEMENT INFORMATION DETAILS
- SSI INFORMATION
To access these guides:
- From the Family Support Division (FSD) Intranet, under Quick Links on the right side of the screen, click on Manuals & Memos to go to the Policy/Procedure screen;
- From the Policy/Procedure screen under Quick Links on the right side of the screen, click on FAMIS User Guides;
- On the FAMIS Guides screen, click on the User Guides ; and
- From the FAMIS User Guides screen, click the name of the guide to view.
TIP: To find a User Guide in the list: If you know a word in the name of the guide that you wish to view press the CRTL key and the letter F key at the same time to open a Find box at the top of the screen. Type the word that you are searching for in the Find box to locate guides that contain that word in the title. If more than one guide is found, use the next and previous buttons to scroll through the matches.
NECESSARY ACTION:
- Review this memorandum with all appropriate staff.
