FSD IM ITrackRS USER GUIDE

DISCUSSION:

As introduced in memo IM-66 dated 08/03/12, FSD Integrated Tracking and Report System (ITrackRS) is FSD IM new web-based system which will replace FSD IM Field Office Reception Logs.  ITrackRS is a method to capture information consistently across the state.  Multiple users can access ITrackRS allowing an office to efficiently verify daily reception activities, voter registration tasks and reconciliation reports.  Many other useful reports can be generated from ITrackRS, for example each Field Office will be able to monitor trends and staffing requirements by utilizing ITrackRS reporting capabilities.

In an effort to make the training of staff more efficient, an ITrackRS User Guide has been created.  It will take staff step by step through processes that can be completed using ITrackRS.  This User Guide will be posted on the INTRANET, with a link to launch the User Guide on the FSD Home Page, Quick Links and through the Site Map.

Each section of the ITrackRS User Guide has a link to take staff to that specific section details and walk them through those tasks.  The User Guide will be available for the training of staff on using ITrackRS, as well as continuing to serve as a resource when staffs change duties or assignments.
